Dr. Sormeh Nourbakhsh is a board-certified psychiatrist, graduated from Westchester Medical Center. She chose psychiatry out of a deep interest in the complex interplay between human emotions, brain function, and overall well-being. Trained and experienced in managing wide range of mental health conditions.

Leila Hariri, MD is a psychiatrist who brings warmth, clarity, and a personalized approach to outpatient mental health care. She focuses on evidence based medication management tailored to each patient’s goals, delivered with calm, grounded, and compassionate care. Dr. Hariri earned her BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated summa cum laude from St. George’s University School of Medicine.

Dr. Oscar Morales, MD

Dr. Oscar Morales is a psychiatrist with nearly three decades of psychiatric experience treating a wide range of complex mental health conditions. He completed his fellowship at Columbia University and is currently an Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School as well as a psychiatrist for Aurora Wellness. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in academic medical centers, outpatient clinics and hospital-based psychiatric programs.

Dr. Shermin Koh, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental wellness is achieved through connection, evidence-based care, and compassion. She specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and tailored treatment planning for mood, anxiety, trauma, and complex mental health concerns.

Katerina Hatzigeorgiou is board certified Physician Associate with a decade of experience in both addiction medicine and general psychiatry. She is passionate about reducing stigma attached to the mental health field and providing a safe space where every patient feels heard, supported and actively involved in their treatment journey.

Tanya Milinowski, LMSW

Tanya Milinowski, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and children through Aurora Wellness. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), grief therapy, and exposure therapy to support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD.

Jaclyn has provided therapeutic services for a wide range of diverse patients in multiple settings such as inpatient hospital-based treatment, correctional facilities and outpatient services.
